Terms for Sales and Delivery:
•Shops and organizations can order goods from La Maison Afrique FAIR TRADE. Company registration number is requested.
•Minimum order value is SEK 1000, -
•No dispatch fee.
•Free shipping within Sweden, Denmark, Norway then confirmed order exceeds SEK 5000, -
•Free shipping to the rest of Europe then confirmed order exceeds SEK 10 000; -
•Free shipping outside Europe then confirmed order exceeds SEK 20 000; -
•Dispatch of goods can normally be done within 3 workdays.
•Transport company: DHL (if not other requested by customer).
•Customers outside Sweden: Established customers payment within 30 days from date of invoice. New customers outside Sweden payment before dispatch of goods.
•Customers in Sweden: Payment within 30 days from date of invoice.
Since start in 1995, La Maison Afrique FAIR TRADE a non-profit Fair Trade organization that supports and cooperates with artisans on Madagascar. Raison d'être (mission) is summarized in the logo: "Arts & Crafts from Madagascar with respect for environment, people and tradition. FAIR TRADE". The materials used are local natural or recycled materials. Production is small scale and environmentally friendly. The goods is shipped by sea from Madagascar to Sweden. The artisans are supported with e.g. interest free loans, export management, market information and regular orders within the context of a long term commitment.
